As a Client Care Specialist, Katie is often the first person to greet RCA clients with a welcoming voice and a warm smile. She provides comprehensive operational services ranging from appointment scheduling and account openings to client event planning and general advisory assistance.
Background and experience
Katie brings deep experience in customer service and hospitality management. Prior to joining RCA, she worked for Hilton Hotels for more than a decade. Katie earned a BS in Education from the University of Cincinnati.
Getting to know her
Katie lives in Northside. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her dog Tiberius, hiking, traveling and reading. She also enjoys playing a good game of Mah Jongg.
